All orders shipped C.O.D., VISA OR MASTERCARD. Written Confirmation required, by fax or mail.
All returns must be authorized & shipped prepaid with “Return Authorization Number” and original Bill-of-Sale.
Product will be repaired/replaced and shipped back to buyer; no credit will be issued. Shipping charges to us for fan repairs are the responsibility of the Purchaser. After repairs are made, we will assume the shipping charges to return product to you.
A 25% restocking charge will apply to all returns of non-defective merchandise and customer must prepay shipment.
